We teach self defense skills derived from several martial arts styles.
We strive to keep the techniques simple, effective,and easy to learn! We
offer a modern approach to learning these skills, in a fast paced and
fun enviornment, with student success as our daily goal!

We are excited to be offering "ZUMBA", an awesome dance fitness workout for adults and teens! Our classes are taught by a Certified ZUMBA Instructor. Classes are Wednesdays at 5:30 pm SHARP! Limited spaces so come early
We are offering an AWESOME Day Camp for kids ages 5-10 years. Camp
runs from April 9 through April 13, from 7:30 am-5:00pm daily. There is
